Beth F. Belew

Ainley, Hoover & Clark, PLLC, Attorneys at Law, announce that Beth F. Belew has joined the firm, beginning February 1, 2005. Managing Partner, Mike Ainley said, "We are happy to have Beth join us. She is very talented, her philosophy and work ethic are very similar to ours, and we believe her to be a perfect match for our group."
Mrs. Belew was previously associated with the Law Firm of Spragins, Barnett, Cobb & Butler in Jackson, where she concentrated her practice in Workers Compensation, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and Family Law.
"Beth brings experience and working knowledge to areas of the law we have not focused on. We believe she will be a great addition to our team, and we are looking for great things from her. She has earned a reputation for hard work and dedication to her clients, which has always been our trademark", said Andy Clark.
Vicki Hoover added, "Beth has a good working knowledge of the law, but her personality is what drew us to her. She is a hard worker, and very loyal to her family. She is a dedicated wife and mother, and we feel that this attitude is also present in her approach to the practice of law. Beth Belew is a strong, smart, dedicated, and we are honored to have her join our legal family".
Mrs. Belew is a graduate of Henry County High School, and earned her BS in Business Administration from University of Tennessee at Martin, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law. She was admitted to practice of law in 2000, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Tennessee and all lower appellate and trial courts. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
"I am excited to be coming home to work", said Mrs. Belew. "Monte and I grew up here, we live here, and are raising our family here. Paris is our home, and I am happy to be working with Andy Clark, Vicki Hoover and Mike Ainley".
Mrs. Belew is the daughter of Jim and Nancy Farmer. She is married to Monte Belew, and they are the parents of two children, Amanda and Ashley.
