Laura D. Goforth

Laura D. Goforth joined the Law Firm of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover, in 1996 as Office Manager and Legal Assistant to Vicki H. Hoover. She is a graduate of Robert Service High School in Anchorage, Alaska, and has worked in the legal field since 1984. Laura worked in the largest law firm in Alaska, and has experience in domestic, real estate, personal injury, maritime, and legislative issues.
Laura moved to Dover, Tennessee in August 1994 and began working for a law firm in Clarksville, which dealt primarily in criminal and probate matters. In December 1996, she moved to Henry County and later accepted the position with Ainley & Hoover. Laura assists in the organization of the office, training of employees, and in the planning, designing, and preparation of lawyers and assistants in the firm.
Laura is Vicki Hoover's personal assistant, working with Ms. Hoover in many divorce, custody and domestic matters. She accompanies Ms. Hoover to court for trials and domestic issues, where their organization and strong working relationship make this duo one of the most respected teams in the area.
Laura and her husband, Jerome, make their home in Buchanan, Tennessee with their children, where they enjoy being outdoors and encompassing life.

Holly North joined the law firm of Ainley, Hoover, Clark, & Hoover in June 2005. She is a legal assistant to Beth F. Belew. She is a graduate of Walton Central High School in Walton, NY.
She began working in the legal field in 1995 doing primarily real estate matters until May 1996 when she began working on criminal, domestic, probate and estate planning matters. She worked for two years in Mortgage Consulting for real estate closings and for the last year she has worked specifically in probate, estate planning, social security, Workman's Compensation, family law, and juvenille matters.
Holly has lived in Paris for 26 years with her husband, Hack and their seven children. They have three grandsons. She enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Diane is the Firm’s legal receptionist, and usually the first person you speak to when you call in. She has been with the Firm since 2006, and brings years of experience from another law firm where she served as Office Manager, and 12 years with the County Clerks Office. Diane has a positive energy and attitude towards every client, and is always willing to help direct you to the right place when you call. Diane is the mother of two and she and her husband make their home in Henry County.

Crystal Nichols joined the Law Firm in April of 2007. She is a graduate of Henry County High School in Paris, Tennessee. She attended the Neese Technology Center at Paris, where she received an Administrative Assistant Diploma. While a student at the technology center she participated in work-study with the school, in the front office and interned at the West Tennessee Career Center.
Crystal assists the attorneys and their assistants by preparing files and collecting pertinent information for cases before trial, including, but not limited to, medical records and billing.
Crystal makes her home in Paris. She enjoys reading, writing poetry, and making the most of life.

Nikki M. Gordon is a Legal Assistant to Vicki H. Hoover. Nikki has worked in the legal field since January of 1998. She attended Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Mount Holly, N.J, and has attended Austin Peay University, and numerous educational seminars in the legal field.
Nikki moved to Clarksville, Tennessee in July of 1996 and began working in the legal field in January of 1998. She has maintained a legal assistant position in this field since then. In December of 2006, she moved to Henry County, Tennessee, and joined the firm in 2007. Nikki assists with the preparation of files, legal research, and preparation of lawyers and assistants in both the Paris and Franklin office. She serves as Vicki Hoover’s personal assistant, assisting Ms. Hoover in divorce, custody, child support, domestic matters, and all other matters needed.
Nikki is the mother of one son, Tyler. Tyler is a sophomore at Henry County High School, where he plays football. Nikki and Tyler make their home in Buchanan, Tennessee.

Lori A. Dupras joined the Law Firm of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover in she worked and helped to establish the Getman, Stacey law firm. She h2007 as the Legal Assstant to Anthony L. Clark. She is a graduate of Pinkerton Academy in Derry, New Hampshire and has worked in the legal field since 1992, starting her career in the State of Connecticut. She later returned to New Hampshire where as extensive experience in all aspects of law including personal injury, workers compensation and medical malpractice. She actively participated on the Board of the Paraglegal Association of New Hampshire from 2002-2005 and served as Vice President during the 2004 term and President during the 2005 term.
Lori recently moved to Tennessee and joined the team of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover, working primarily with Anthony L. Clark in criminal cases as well as divorce, custody, domestic issues and personal injury matters.
Lori and her husband, Alan, and daughter, Jillian are excited about pursuing their new life in Tennessee. She relaxes by spending time self employed establishing her nail salon in Paris, TN. She enjoys participating in activities with her family such as boating and swimming in the lake as well as spending time with her adult son, Jason, when he is in town.
